3- Double click on the plume.pot file.

4- In the Poedit window click on the Create New Translation button.

5- Select the language of the translation from the dropdown list and click OK.

6- A new window will appear to start the translation, you can select the constant text string you need to translate from the Source text – English field and type in the translation field.

7- Save the changes to your new .po file using the naming convention based on the language code fr for French followed by the country code _FR for France.
The final file name should be looks like fr_FR.po

PS: If you are not familiar with the codes for your native language and country, you can visit the GNU website for Language Codes and Country Codes. If you use the wrong naming convention WordPress will not process your translation.

8- When saving your .po file, Poedit automatically creates a new .mo file, with the same naming convention. Upload both .po and .mo to wp-content > themes > plume > framework > languages
