Switching Top bar to off will disable the header top bar for all website pages.

The header top bar have 2 content areas, that could be (Text, Menu, Social networks or even a Blank).

Text:

By selecting (Left or Right side content to Text) will allow you to add your text with the ability to select the content alignment (Left, Right or Center).

Menu:

By selecting (Left or Right side content to Menu) will allow you to add a menu, but you will have to create/assign that menu from Appearance > Menus.

Social networks:

By selecting (Left or Right side content to Social networks) will allow you to add your Social networks icons. and to add the social networks icons check this.
